The Mona Lisa and Chocolate Chip Croissant
At Lever Coffee in Alamo, the Mona Lisa is one of their specialty espresso-bar drinks: it’s made with 2 oz espresso, about 6 oz frothed milk, a squirt of vanilla syrup, and is topped off with sparkling water. It’s a play on classic espresso-milk combos, with sparkling water to add a little effervescence and lighten up the texture. It was very faint as was drowned out by the frothed milk.
